Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change — especially when life and adventure intersect. That’s why we offer a flexible and rider-friendly cancellation policy designed to give you complete peace of mind.

If you’re unable to join the expedition, you can choose to receive an 80% refund of your booking amount, or opt for a 100% transferable voucher that can be used by someone from your riding tribe — a friend, family member, or fellow adventurer.

This ensures your investment in the experience never goes to waste, while still keeping the spirit of the journey alive within your community.

Your options, your control — because every adventure should feel secure from the start.

Medical Fitness & Documentation

Your safety is our highest priority, especially when travelling through high-altitude and remote terrains. All participants are required to upload a valid medical fitness certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner during the booking process. This helps ensure you are physically prepared for the demands of long riding days, altitude variations, and challenging terrain conditions.

Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are strongly advised to consult their physician before confirming their booking. Our team may request additional medical information if necessary to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

Personal Travel Insurance

While we take every measure to ensure a safe and well-supported expedition, unforeseen situations can occur during adventure travel. We strongly recommend that all participants arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, personal accidents, and loss of belongings.

Having personal insurance provides an additional layer of security and peace of mind, allowing you to focus fully on the experience while being financially protected against unexpected events.

Perfect balance of adventure and comfort. The backup support, accommodations, and attention to detail were top-notch. I went in as a solo rider and came back with lifelong friends.

What stood out the most was the confidence the team gave us. They pushed us to go beyond our fears while always ensuring safety. Easily one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had.
